Virtual Cooking Classes

Want to learn how to cook from the comfort of your own kitchen?Interested in taking a class with friends or family from other parts of the country, or even other parts of the world?

I am now teaching virtual cooking and food strategy classes through ChefHangout.com. We use Google+ Hangout Technology to provide group cooking classes and one-on-one sessions online.  All you need is a laptop and webcam, or even a smart phone, to join in the fun!

Each class will focus on a recipe, technique, food prep strategy, or way to use a particular ingredient.  You’ll receive an ingredient list and basic information when you sign up, and at the scheduled time, we will be able to see and talk with each other using video hangouts on the Google+ social network.

 Here’s how it works:

What People are Saying

[I] just completed my first ever hangout – a home-style Mexican Chorizo making class with + on ChefHangout.com. I was skeptical about participating in an online cooking class, but it was actually very fun and informative. The ability to ask detailed questions and have Stormy answer them made it far more helpful than a video would have been. If you are new to sausage making or want more information on Chorizo specifically, I recommend giving it a try.”  –David Mikulin
